3. Booking and Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to driver availability and confirmation.

4. Payments and Pricing

  • Pricing will be communicated based on the package selected (monthly, yearly, or custom).

  • Payments must be made as per the agreed terms—partial or full upfront, as required.

5. Driver Conduct & Liability

  • Our drivers are background-verified, but we are not liable for any behavior outside the scope of assigned duty.

  • Clients must treat drivers with respect and report any misconduct.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party interruptions.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure the vehicle is insured and legally compliant.

  • Provide correct pick-up and drop-off details.

  • Avoid assigning illegal, unethical, or unauthorized tasks to our drivers.

7. Service Cancellation & Modifications

  • You may cancel or reschedule your booking with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify services due to emergencies or unavailability.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, text, and visuals are the property of Permeant Car Drivers and may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
